Resumen

El presente proyecto tesis se aborda la temática orientada a la percepción de mujeres mapuches en torno a la lactancia y apego, en los primeros años de vida. Esta temática ha tomado un renovado interés en el ámbito de las ciencias de la salud, fundamentalmente por los beneficios que genera este vínculo materno-hijo y la cosmovisión del ancestral pueblo mapuche. Por lo que se planteó el objetivo de conocer la percepción de mujeres mapuches en relación al proceso de lactancia y apego materno. mediante la aplicación de una entrevista semiestructurada. Se plantea una metodología con enfoque cualitativa, diseño fenomenológico, alcance descriptivo. Se puede concluir que Se puede concluir que los conceptos de espiritualidad, comunidad mapuche, apego y lactancia posee gran importancia en el proceso de maternidad. Se puede concluir que el 100% de las mujeres mapuches entrevistadas expresan que el apego es fundamental y distinto en comparación a otras culturas.

ABSTRACT

This thesis project addresses the topic oriented towards the perception of Mapuche women regarding breastfeeding and attachment, in the first years of life. This topic has taken on renewed interest in the field of health sciences, mainly due to the benefits generated by this mother-child bond and the worldview of the ancestral Mapuche people. Therefore, the objective was set to know the perception of Mapuche women in relation to the breastfeeding process and maternal attachment. through the application of a semi-structured interview. A methodology with a qualitative approach, phenomenological design, and descriptive scope is proposed. It can be concluded that the concepts of spirituality, Mapuche community, attachment and breastfeeding have great importance in the motherhood process. It can be concluded that 100% of the Mapuche women interviewed express that attachment is fundamental and different compared to other cultures.
