Satisfacción enfermera tras normalizar el cuidado de las heridas crónicas

Resumen

La Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Ciudad Real y la Gerencia de Área de Puertollano elaboraron, conjuntamente durante el año 2005, un Manual en Prevención y Tratamiento de Heridas Crónicas con el objetivo de normalizar y protocolizar la práctica asistencial en esta materia. Durante el mes de febrero de 2006 se elabora una encuesta anónima con 6 preguntas para conocer la satisfacción de los profesionales tras la implantación de dicha herramienta, presentado un estudio descriptivo transversal que arroja los siguientes resultados globales:
La necesidad de implantar un manual se valora con 8.97 sobre 10. El formato de bolsillo elegido para el manual es valorado con 8.94 sobre 10. La presentación del manual es valorada con 8.88 sobre 10. Los ponentes se valoran con 8.63 sobre 10. Los contenidos del manual obtienen una puntuación de 8.90 sobre 10. La utilidad del manual es valorada con 8.87 sobre 10.
Los resultados indican que los profesionales demandaban una herramienta que normalizara la práctica clínica en la prevención y tratamiento de heridas crónicas. Parece ser que se ha acertado en el formato de la misma (bolsillo) y destaca la utilidad que dan a la misma, aunque aparecen diferencias estadísticamente significativamente entre ambas gerencias.

Abstract: The Management of Primary Attention of Ciudad Real and the Management of Area of Puertollano elaborated, jointly during year 2005, Manual in Prevention and a Treatment of Chronic Wounds with the objective to standardize and to protocol the welfare practice in this matter. During the month of February of 2006 an anonymous survey with 6 questions is elaborated to know the satisfaction the professionals after the implantation of this tool, presented/displayed a cross-sectional descriptive study that throws the following global results: The necessity to implant a manual is valued with 8,97 on 10. The format of pocket chosen for the manual is valued with 8,94 on 10. The presentation of the manual is valued with 8.88 on 10. Speakers are valued with 8,63 on 10. The contents of the manual obtain a score of 8.90 on 10. The utility of the manual is valued with 8.87 on 10.
The results indicate that the professionals demanded a tool that standardized the clinical practice in the prevention and treatment of chronic wounds. It seems to be that it has been guessed right in the format of the same one (pocket) and emphasizes the utility that they give the same one, although statistically significantly appear differences between both managements.
